Praying for You

Being outdoors among God's creations is a wonderful way to commune with HIM. Thoughts?

Praying for You

Stamps:
   Campology
   Thoughts & Prayers

Paper:
   Evening Evergreen A-2
   Crumb Cake 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Watercolor 5-1/4 x 4
   Gold Foil Scrap
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Evening Evergreen

Markers:
   Balmy Blue
   Granny Apple Green
   Crumb Cake

Technique:
   Clear Block Watercolor
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Cross of Hope Dies
   Clear Block "E"
   Water Mister
   Adhesive

First, I colored a clear block, using the three markers listed above.

I then misted the block with some water and stamped the watercolor panel, allowing a few seconds for the ink to be absorbed by the paper.

Next, I stamped the image and the sentiment, using Evening Evergreen ink.

I then adhered the panel onto a Crumb Cake matte, and then onto an Evening Evergreen card front.

Lastly, I adhered a die cut golden cross onto the card front and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Here is another card I made, using a different sentiment from the same stamp set:

Praying for You Too

With this last card, I used a different sentiment from the stamp set, and I also used some Jute Twine (24").

Praying for You Tre

I hope you liked what you saw. Whenever I am making something unusual or using a special technique, I do my best to create more than just one card. Each of these cards have the same background, well almost, but each is different because I changed the sentiment, misted with more or less water, or placed the embellishments differently. Either way, I made three in the same amount of time as making one. What do you think? What do you do?
