You can find an easy tutorial with written instructions, pictures, and a short video at SCS to make a Shaker Card. I did make a few changes to mine though.

I die cut a circle on a panel, instead of creating a frame. I did stamp my sentiment on the bottom of the panel first, and then die cut it. So, I added Foam Adhesive Strips around the die cut circle to keep the contents of the shaker card in place, but I used dimensionals along the rest of the panel to keep it from crushing down onto the card front.

My other change was that I adhered a DSP panel onto a Basic White panel to give it a bit more strength. I then adhered the window panel to the top part of it, and then adhered the panel to the Soft Sky card front.

Lastly, I added a few Cute Star Adhesive-Backed  Sequins around the window and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
