Here is a card that requires no stamping! You do need a bit of shaving cream and some dies, but you have those, right? If not, just read on, and maybe you'll be inspired to so shopping! 

Stamps:

   None

Paper:

   Brilliant Blue A-2

   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)

   Basic Black Strip

Re-Inkers:

   Brilliant Blue

   Glorious Green

   Orchid Opulence

   Only Orange

Technique:

   Die Cutting

   Shaving Cream

Accessories:

   Hello You Thinlits

   Shaving Cream

   Fine Tip Glue Pen

   Adhesive

I followed the tutorial found at SCS for the Shaving Cream Technique. I was able to extract two panels from the same mound of shaving cream. This was the second panel.
