Silver Stars Collage

Here is a clean and simple birthday card for anyone. I used a specialty paper made by Stampin' Up!. So, if you still have some of this in your stash, this is a great way to use it. If not, you can make your own, using an emboss resist technique. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Bold Greetings Mini

Paper:
   Cucumber Crush A-2
   Perfect Plum A-2
   Crushed Curry A-2
   Irresistibly Yours DSP 5-1/4 x 4
   Whisper White Scraps, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black
   Cucumber Crush
   Perfect Plum
   Crushed Curry

Technique:
   Brayer
   Emboss Resist
   Punching
   Sponging

Accessories:
   Extra-Large Oval Punch
   Sponge
   Brayer
   Puffy Silver Stars
   Paper Towel
   Glue Dots
   Dimensionals
   Adhesive

First, I applied ink to the specialty emboss resist panel, using a brayer and ink.

I then wiped the panel down, using a paper towel to allow the emboss resist stars to shine through nicely.

Next, I stamped and punched out a sentiment for each card, using Archival Basic Black ink and the Extra-Large Oval Punch.

I then adhered the DSP panel onto its matching card front, and added the sentiment to the center of the card, using dimensionals.

Lastly, I attached a few puffy silver stars, using glue dots, and adhered a Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.
