Next, I stamped the stag at the bottom and the two deer on the right side of the panel. I used Ground Espresso ink.

I then randomly stamped the trees using Garden Green.

I added the sentiment in Archival Basic Black, adhered the panel to the card base, and adhered the other white panel to the inside of the card.

Blessings

My favorite thing about using watercolors is that you do not need to be precise. If the color runs beyond the lines, it is okay. There is no coloring police lurking in the shadows and no tickets to be issued. You can also use the same color and get various shades by just adding water. How cool is that? What are your thoughts?

Stamps:
   Blessings of Home

Paper:
   Poppy Parade A-2
   Garden Green 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Watercolor 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Poppy Parade
   Garden Green
   Daffodil Delight
   Tuxedo Black Memento

Markers:
   Garden Green

Technique:
   Watercolor
   Sponging (Blending Brush)

Accessories:
   16" White Glitter Ribbon
   Blending Brush (Sponge)
   Basic Rhinestone Jewels
   Water Painters
   Glue Dots
   Fast Fuse
   Adhesive

First, I stamped my image using Tuxedo Black Memento.

Next, I watercolored it using Poppy Parade and Garden Green.

I then added Daffodil Delight using my Blending Brush. You can also sponge it, if you do not have a blending brush.

Next, I took the Garden Green marker and colored in the Thank You on the stamp and stamped my card.

I added the White Glitter Ribbon around the top. I adhered it using Fast Fuse. I then tied a bow and added it using a glue dot.

I adhered the watercolor panel onto the Garden Green and then onto the Poppy Parade card front.

Lastly, I added a few rhinestones and adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Thanks Petals

The Designer Series Paper (DSP) does all of the work on this card. You can easily change the sentiment to whatever you desire or need. The magnolias will give your sentiment its pizzazz. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Hand-Penned Petals

Paper:
   Petal Pink A-2
   Magnolia Lane DSP 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 2-1/2 x 1-1/2, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   5" White Glitter Ribbon
   Tasteful Labels Dies
   Petal Pink Flower

   Glue Dots
   Fast Fuse
   Adhesive

First, I wrapped the white glitter ribbon across the center of the DSP. I used Fast Fuse to hold the ends of the ribbon on the back.

Next, I adhered the DSP to the Petal Pink card front. I used liquid adhesive for this step, but any adhesive will work.

I stamped and die cut my sentiment and adhered it over the ribbon in the center of the card. This is where I used glue dots.

Lastly, I added the Petal Pink flower, some rhinestones, and adhered the white panel to the inside of the card.

Butterfly Silhouette

At first glance, I think this silhouette is difficult to decipher, partly because the image is not completely closed. So, I decided to add some rhinestones in place of the butterfly's body. What do you think? Did it work?

Paper:
   Misty Moonlight A-2
   Bermuda Bay 5-1/4 x 4

   Basic Rhinestone Jewels
   Sponge
   Adhesive

First, I stamped the butterfly silhouettes using Bermuda Bay, Misty Moonlight, and Mint Macaron.

I then stamped my sentiment in Misty Moonlight.

I sponged the edges using Mint Macaron.

I then adhered this stamped panel onto the Butterfly Bijou DSP panel.

I then adhered this panel onto the Bermuda Bay and then onto the Misty Moonlight card front.

Lastly, I adhered the other Basic White panel to the inside of the card and added rhinestones to the card front.

Beaded Christmas

Sometimes I end up with supplies that need to be repurposed. I had several triangles that needed to find a home in a new creative idea. What do you think?

Stamps:
   A Greeting for all Reasons
   Festive Favorites

Paper:
   Emerald Envy A-2
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)
Triangles from Paper Pumpkin Kit (7/16)

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black
   Early Espresso
   Soft Sky

Markers:
   Early Espresso

Technique:
   Punching

Accessories:
   Clear Faceted Gems
   Red Holiday Trim - 22"
   Green Holiday Trim - 12"
   1/8" Handheld Punch
   Dimensionals
   Glue Dots
   Fast Fuse
   Adhesive

The July, 2016 Paper Pumpkin Kit consisted of small shaped boxes to gift small treats. Unfortunately, I had no use for these. So, I cut the shaped boxes apart. I ended up with many triangles.

I punched holes in the triangles using a 1/8" handheld punch. I then added glue dots to the back of them to hold the trim in place. I threaded the trim through the holes, making sure the glue dots held it in the back.

I then used fast fuse to hold the triangles together, one on top of the other.

I stamped snow on the white panel using Soft Sky ink.

I attached the tree using dimensionals and drew in the trunk with an Early Espresso marker.

I stamped a greeting and added a red bow, using the red holiday trim.

Lastly, I adhered the panel to the card front and added the other white panel to the inside of the card.

Leaves

Sometimes you can do everything right and still get yucky results. I am not happy with the impression that I made on my small panel. I think if I find some leaves with more juice, my results will improve. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Big News

Paper:
   Yo-Yo Yellow A-2
   Certainly Celery DSP 5-1/4 x 4
   Whisper White 3-1/4 x 4, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Summer Sun
   Archival Basic Black

Technique:
   Duo Printing with Chlorophyll
   Sponging

Accessories:
Big Shot - Die Cutting & Embossing Machine
   Leaves from Plants
   Sponge
   Adhesive

See the tutorial and follow it. You might get better results than I did. I don't believe my leaves had enough juice in them. The tutorial can be found at Duo Printing with Chlorophyll
