A little kindness goes a long way! Here is a Clean And Simple (CAS) card for the person who has earned your gratitude. Remember it is never too late to say, "Thank You." Sometimes we need to say thank you for acts of kindness rather than for the materialistic things that we receive. Did you say thank you to the person who let you go first, or who opened a door, smiled, or gave you a complement? Comments?

First, I stamped the sunburst in the center of the white panel, using Daffodil Delight.
I then stamped the sentiment on top of it using Rich Razzleberry.
Next, I stamped my butterflies on scraps of Whisper White and punched them out using the Bitty Butterfly Punch and the Elegant Butterfly Punch. I used Primrose Petals and Island Indigo. The large butterflies were stamped full strength, but the smaller ones were stamped-off first, yielding two shades of the same ink.
I then adhered my Whisper White panel onto the Rich Razzleberry panel and then onto the card front. I also adhered the other Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.
Lastly, I attached the butterflies using glue dots and I added sequins and pearls as shown.

I like the starburst in the center of your card where the sentiment is! We all could use (and give) a little more kindness!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Fonda. I held the door open for this man yesterday, and he said, thank you. I replied you're welcome, sir. And he laughed and said, "I don't know about the sir part." Now, I guess we need to work on respect, or he was dumbfounded that a woman was holding the door open for a man? Glad you could stop by and share.
