This card says it all. All we have to do is trust in the Lord. I chose deer in a woody area to depict stillness. What do you think?

First, I applied ink onto the Woodland Embossing Folder. I used a rubber brayer to add Crushed Curry to the bottom half and Cajun Craze to the top half of the embossing folder.
I then stamped a couple of deer using Chocolate Chip. (Careful with the placement.) I also stamped a couple of trees using Emerald Envy.
I then placed my Whisper White panel in place, closed the embossing folder and ran it through the embossing machine being careful not to move the panel inside.
I then added color to the raised trees using a sponge brayer and Baked Brown Sugar. This step is done very carefully and slowly, keeping the ink only on the trees.
I then adhered this panel onto the Cajun Craze matte, and then onto the Crushed Curry card base.
Next, I stamped and die cut my sentiment. (Layering Circles Framelits) I sponged around it using Cajun Craze.
I then die cut the Cajun Craze matte for the sentiment. I used the Stitched Shapes Framelits. This was attached to the card front using dimensionals.
Lastly, I adhered the other Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.

Great images you added to this wonderful emboss folder and stunning colors too. This card really draws the eye in to look at all the incredible details.
ReplyDeleteThank you so very much, Lisa. I read about someone stamping on their embossing folder and decided to try my hand at it. I still need to practice where my images will appear. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop and comment. Much appreciated.
