This Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper (DSP) is so beautiful, you want to just frame it. That is exactly what I did. I did lay an intricate die cut on top, but the DSP is working its magic. What do you think?

First, I took my Just Jade panel and dry embossed it using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder.
I then lined up the largest and third largest stitched rectangle framelits and die cut the embossed frame. I used washi tape to hold the die cuts in place.
I ran the Basic White 5-1/2 x 4-1/8 panel through the die cutting machine using the Potted Succulents Dies. I adhered this die cut on the back of the Just Jade frame. I used liquid adhesive.
I then placed a foam adhesive strip around the edges of the frame and adhered the DSP onto it. I then adhered this panel onto the Evening Evergreen card base.
I stamped and punched the edges of my sentiment using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. I adhered it onto the card front using glue dots.
I added a bit of white and gold twine, a bumblebee trinket, and some jewels to the card front.
Lastly, I adhered the 5-1/4 x 4 Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
I was inspired to make this card after viewing Jacque Williams Expressions in Ink post.

ReplyDeleteThank you, Fonda. I was inspired by someone else's card. I need to go and find it and give them credit here. She has a video as well. Even though I made it my own, it is very similar. Thank you Fonda for stopping by here today. Stay healthy!
