I followed a tutorial by Lisa Curcio. Just click on her name and it will take you to her video on you tube.

First, I stamped my sentiment and then die cut it and the vellum bottle.

I then swiped my watercolor paper with the embossing buddy. I stamped my sentiment in white craft and applied white embossing powder. I then heat set it and let it dry and cool a bit.

I watercolored my vellum bottle and the spill over the sentiment. I think I should have made a smaller splash.

I added a few bubbles and then adhered the panel to the card front.

I adhered the bottle and then added the sentiment. The basic white panel was added to the inside of the card.
