First, I stamped and die cut my ornaments. I used Cherry Cobbler and Night of Navy.
I then dry embossed my vellum using the Snowflake embossing folder. I used vellum tape to attach it to the card base, but a few glue dots or regular adhesive will do the trick as well. I would apply these strategically, using them where the ornaments or sentiment would cover them.
Next, I stamped, punched, and sponged my sentiment. It was attached using dimensionals. I also attached the ornaments using dimensionals.
Lastly, I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the card and added a few sequins to the ornaments.
