This is another example where the art work on the paper is so beautiful, you do not want to cover it up with anything. I did add a strip of ribbon and a sentiment. You can easily leave off the sentiment and use it as an all-occasions card. What would you do? Any thoughts?

I took my panel and adhered my ribbon to the bottom portion.
I then adhered the panel to my card base. You can change the card base to any color found on the Fine Art Floral panel, including white.
I then stamped my sentiment on basic white and die cut it.
I adhered it to a piece of Bumblebee cardstock, added a couple of brads, and used dimensionals to attach it to the card base.
Here is the same card, but with the sentiment separate from the ribbon. Which do you prefer?

ReplyDeleteThank you, Jeanette. I really like this designer paper.
DeleteI agree that is gorgeous artwork on paper and makes the entire card with just a simple sentiment.
ReplyDeleteHey there, Lisa! I love when you don't have to work too hard to make a card. This paper is gorgeous. I love the bold brush strokes.
DeleteLook at that wild background! It's gorgeous! And, so is the entire card! Lovely!
ReplyDeleteI'm still having sporadic access to your blog...no rhyme or reason to when I can get in to comment. So, it's not for lack of trying! Frustrated me!
