Do you have scraps of designer series paper or printed paper laying around in your paper stash? I found that I have many 1" strips left over after cutting up my 12 x 12 DSP sheets. So, here is an idea to use up some of them.
Stamps:
So Very
Paper:
Pear Pizzazz A-2
Whisper White 5 x 3-3/4, 5-1/4 x 4
Designer Series Paper 1 x 3-3/4 (5)
Ink:
Archival Basic Black
Technique:
None
Accessories:
Adhesive
Cut five strips of coordinating designer series paper. They should all measure the same. I cut mine at 1 x 3-3/4.
Next, arrange them and adhere them on a 5 x 3-3/4" panel of Whisper White, or to a panel cut at the same measurement as your strips.
This panel is then adhered to a card base of a coordinating color. I chose Pear Pizzazz for mine.
Lastly, stamp and adhere a sentiment. I chose to stamp directly onto my light colored strip of DSP.
The main focus is to use all of your DSP scraps. You can also choose to attach a 1/4" or 1/8" strip between the strips or to frame your sentiment. I found that I have many of those left over as well.
