I like to keep my cards simple, without too much adornment. I prefer simplicity. It also makes it much easier to mail. Still, you can have a bit of gleam that naturally results in a smile. Here is a card with just a couple of rhinestones.
Stamps:
None
Paper:
Berry Burst A-2
Fresh Florals DSP 2-1/4 x 4-1/4 (2)
Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
Ink:
None
Technique:
Holding Your Tongue Just Right :)
Accessories:
Expressions Natural Elements
Basic Rhinestone Jewels
Glue Dots
Adhesive
I cut two pieces of designer series paper and adhered them to the top and bottom of the card.
I added the wooden sentiment in the middle using glue dots.
I added a rhinestone on either side of the sentiment. Viola! Card is done.
Then, I thought, why not? I added a couple more rhinestones on the flowers of the designer series paper. Can you see them?

ReplyDeleteOh this is just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous paper and love the simple design.
ReplyDeletePretty card. I understand if when you mail this, put the gems to the back of the envelope, because of how the mail sorter touches the mail.
ReplyDeleteThank you Fonda for the information and for the nice comments.
