Fruity Thank You

 The paper doily reminds me of a round lacy tablecloth. My mom always kept a fruit bowl in the center of the table. This is a wonderful card to thank someone for a meal. Having the black background really highlights the yellow in the fruit. What do you think?

Technique:

   Heat Embossing

Accessories:

   White Tea Lace Paper Doily

   White Embossing Powder

   Embossing Buddy

   Adhesive

I began by stamping the fruit in the center of the paper doily and coloring the images with my markers.

Next, I used my embossing buddy to eliminate static on the bottom of my Basic Black panel. I then stamped my sentiment using Whisper White Craft. I immediately applied white embossing powder on it and heat embossed it.

I then put my card together. The paper doily is glued onto the Basic Black panel. This is then adhered to the Daffodil Delight card base.
