 Here is a card featuring a bright and cheerful background paper. This paper was too pretty to cover up with stamps. So, I just added a sentiment with a couple of candy dots. I hope you like it.

Making this card is perfect for the casual stamper. Just adhere a panel of designer series paper and add a sentiment. 

I used a punch to make my tag. I then sponged it, added a couple of candy dots and attached it with dimensionals.

Of course, if you like to keep your cards simple, then just adhere a panel of designer series paper to a card base. No sentiment is needed with this beautiful paper.
