   Die Cutting

   Layering Circles Framelits Dies, Cookie-Cutter Punch, Washi Label Punch, Googly Eyes, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Adhesive

I used dimensionals to adhere the bear and the sentiment. 

I used glue dots to attach the googly eyes.

The ears are stamped directly on the card.
